Summary
This study observes over 10,000 adult ICU patients to learn how often acute kidney injury occurs, how severe it gets, and what happens to patients afterward. Researchers will track kidney function, need for dialysis, and survival up to one year. No new treatments are tested—the goal is to gather updated information to improve future care.
