New drug duo targets advanced breast cancer in early trial

Summary
This study tests a combination of two experimental drugs, AK146D1 and AK112, in 200 people with advanced HER2-negative breast cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment shrinks tumors. This is a Phase 2 trial, meaning it is still early and not yet proven to work.
