Summary
This study tests two experimental drugs, AK130 and AK112, for people with advanced biliary tract cancer (a type of bile duct cancer) that has not responded to other treatments. The first part checks safety and the right dose, while the second part sees if the combination can shrink tumors. About 135 participants will take part. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
