Summary
This study tests two experimental drugs, AK127 and AK112, together in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to see if the combination is safe and whether it can shrink tumors. About 216 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease and improve outcomes.
