New drug shows promise in shrinking Hard-to-Treat cancers before surgery

Summary
This study tests a drug called AK104 in people with a specific type of stomach or colorectal cancer (MSI-H/dMMR). The drug is given before and after surgery to see if it can completely eliminate the tumor. About 47 participants will receive the treatment, and the main goal is to measure how many have no cancer cells left after surgery.
