Summary
This study tested a new, smaller scope called the "Aircraft Nephroscope" for removing kidney stones. 216 adults with kidney stones had surgery using this tool. The main goal was to see if it could remove stones completely and safely. Results focused on how many stones were gone two weeks after surgery and any complications.
