Summary
This study is testing whether an artificial intelligence-assisted training program can help patients who have had a hip or knee replacement take better care of their surgical wounds at home. Researchers will compare 50 patients who receive the special AI training to 50 who get standard care. The goal is to see if the training improves patients' knowledge, confidence in self-care, and overall quality of recovery.
