First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study compares a smartphone app that uses artificial intelligence to guide exercises versus traditional Schroth exercises for teens with scoliosis. About 300 adolescents aged 10-18 with mild to moderate curves will participate. The goal is to see if the AI approach better slows curve progression and improves how often patients do their exercises.
