Summary
This study tests three ways to teach teen girls about managing period pain and staying clean and healthy. One group uses a smartphone app with artificial intelligence, another gets lessons from a nurse, and a third just reads a brochure. Researchers will check which method helps girls take better care of themselves during their periods.
