Summary
This study tested whether artificial intelligence (AI) can create multiple true/false questions as well as experienced teachers for anesthesiology residents. 26 residents answered 200 questions, half written by AI and half by experts. Researchers compared how hard and how fair the questions were to see if AI could help make testing more consistent.
