Summary
This study tested a free mobile app that uses artificial intelligence and virtual reality to help teens aged 13 to 19 manage anxiety. The app chats with users, creates a personalized plan using proven therapy methods, and offers VR exercises to face fears safely. 587 teens took part, and researchers measured how well the app reduced anxiety symptoms and correctly identified anxiety disorders.
