Summary
This study tests whether teaching nurses to use AI tools like ChatGPT improves their ability to create nursing care plans. 78 nurses will be split into two groups: both get standard training, but one group also learns to use AI for practical case studies. Researchers will measure changes in nursing skills and attitudes toward AI one month after training.
