Summary
This study tests whether an AI-powered tool that uses electronic medical records can help predict and reduce delirium (sudden confusion) in adults aged 65 and older after major surgery. About 60 participants will be randomly assigned to receive a paper or electronic alert about their delirium risk. The goal is to see if this approach lowers the chance of delirium, falls, and long-term memory problems.
