Summary
This study aims to use artificial intelligence (AI) to predict how different people's bodies respond to specific diets. Researchers will collect detailed health data from 8,000 participants and have some follow smaller groups who try three different eating plans. The goal is to build computer models that can forecast an individual's blood sugar, insulin, and other responses to food, moving toward personalized nutrition advice.
