Summary
This study tests whether an artificial intelligence (AI) model can predict a serious complication called duodenal stump leakage after stomach cancer surgery. Researchers will follow 1,200 adults who have surgery to remove part or all of their stomach. The goal is to see if the AI can accurately identify who is at risk, which could help doctors prevent this complication in the future.
