This study looked at whether artificial intelligence (AI) can predict if a person's heart valve disease will get worse. Researchers used data from over 116,000 adults who had routine electrocardiograms (ECGs) and chest X-rays. The goal was to see if combining these tests with AI could better identify patients at risk of developing moderate or severe heart valve regurgitation, helping doctors decide who needs closer monitoring.
