Summary
This study looks at whether an artificial intelligence (AI) program can help nursing students feel more comfortable and communicate better when they start working in a children's hospital. About 90 third-year nursing students will take part, with half using the AI orientation and the other half getting the usual training. Researchers will measure how well the students adapt and communicate before and after the program.
