NCT ID NCT07148687

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding AI-generated exercise advice from ChatGPT or DeepSeek to standard physical therapy helps people with shoulder pain. 75 adults with subacromial pain syndrome were split into three groups: standard therapy alone, or standard therapy plus AI-guided exercises. After 6 weeks, researchers measured pain, disability, and quality of life to see if the AI tools made a difference.
