NCT ID NCT07314853
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests whether artificial intelligence can guide how much fluid patients receive during major cancer surgery to keep their blood pressure more stable. About 176 adults having long cancer operations will be randomly assigned to either AI-guided fluid management or standard care. The goal is to see if the AI approach reduces dangerous low blood pressure episodes and leads to better recovery after surgery.
