Summary
This study tests an artificial intelligence system that automatically grades stomach lining changes (intestinal metaplasia) during endoscopy. The AI calculates a score that helps doctors assess cancer risk. Researchers will enroll 3,000 adults aged 40-75 to see how well the AI performs compared to expert doctors.
