AI steps in as a second pair of eyes for kidney cancer detection

NCT ID NCT07304492

Summary

This study is testing whether a new artificial intelligence (AI) system can automatically find and identify kidney growths—like cysts or tumors—on standard CT scans that don't use contrast dye. Researchers will use scans from up to 10,000 people to build and validate the AI model. The goal is to create a tool that helps doctors screen for and diagnose kidney problems more quickly and accurately.
