Summary

This study is collecting colonoscopy videos and images of colon polyps to develop artificial intelligence software. The AI will learn to predict whether polyps contain early cancer that has invaded deeper layers. Researchers will gather images from 5,000 patients undergoing standard colonoscopies at multiple international centers.
