Summary
This study is testing whether new AI-powered software can help anesthesiologists better manage a patient's fluids and blood pressure during major abdominal cancer surgery. Researchers will compare three different high-tech monitoring approaches in 150 patients to see which one leads to fewer complications, like kidney problems, and a shorter hospital stay. The goal is to use real-time data to prevent dangerous drops in blood pressure before they happen.
