Summary
This study tests whether a special AI-enhanced ECG device can help people with moderate-to-advanced chronic kidney disease keep their potassium levels in check. Participants will use the device at home at least twice a week and get alerts if potassium is too high. The goal is to reduce dangerous potassium spikes and improve overall management of the condition.
