AI-Powered ECG could spot hidden heart risks before damage occurs
NCT ID NCT07355023
First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether artificial intelligence can read electrocardiograms (ECGs) to find people at high risk for developing a weak heart pump (left ventricular dysfunction). Researchers will review medical records from 5,000 adults who had normal heart function to see if early treatment with standard heart medications can prevent future decline. The goal is to learn if AI-guided screening can catch problems early and guide better care.
