Summary

This study aims to build an AI-powered early warning system to detect signs of diabetic foot ulcers returning after they have healed. Researchers will follow 200 adults with healed diabetic foot ulcers, using smart technology to create personalized follow-up plans and home care protocols. The goal is to catch problems early, reduce the need for frequent hospital visits, and lower the risk of disability.
