NCT ID NCT06458062

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study is testing a small, AI-powered camera called the Pocket colposcope to see if it can accurately detect early signs of cervical cancer in women who have tested positive for HPV. About 1,054 women in Kenya will use the device during a routine exam. The goal is to find a simpler, more affordable way to screen for cervical cancer, especially in areas with limited access to traditional equipment.
