Summary
This study tests whether Ai Chi, a gentle water-based exercise program, can improve balance and reduce dizziness in people with long-term inner ear problems. 38 adults will either do standard home exercises or add Ai Chi sessions with a therapist for 4 weeks. The goal is to see if the water workout leads to better balance and less dizziness-related disability.
