Do patients using ChatGPT before doctor visits feel less anxious?

NCT ID NCT07325617

Summary

This study is a one-time survey of 400 adults visiting a urology clinic for the first time. Researchers want to see if patients who use AI chatbots like ChatGPT to look up health information before their appointment feel different levels of anxiety, satisfaction, and understanding of their condition compared to those who don't. The study involves a short 5-7 minute questionnaire and does not affect the medical care patients receive.
