Summary
This study tests whether watching a short, AI-generated relaxing video can help first-time mothers feel more confident and motivated to breastfeed. About 46 women who give birth vaginally will either watch the video or receive standard care. The video uses calming, abstract images and soft sounds to promote relaxation and bonding, without showing real breastfeeding scenes.
