AI takes on lung cancer: could computers spot tumors better than doctors?

Summary
This study will see if using artificial intelligence (AI) to help read low-dose CT scans can find lung cancer more accurately than standard methods. About 1,120 adults at risk for lung cancer will take part, and their scans will be read either with or without AI assistance. The goal is to see if AI reduces false alarms and catches more cancers early, which could save lives.
