NCT ID NCT07565714
First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests a technique called imagery rescripting, where people recall a distressing memory and then imagine changing it to feel better. Researchers want to see if using artificial intelligence to create these new, improved scenarios works as well as traditional methods. The study involves 40 adults aged 18-35 who have mild to moderate anxiety and can remember at least two childhood memories of being criticized by a parent.
