First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called AHB-137 in 84 adults with chronic hepatitis B who are already on antiviral pills. The goal is to see if the injection can clear the hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) from the blood, which would mean the virus is under control and patients may stop all hepatitis B medications. Participants will receive AHB-137 injections and be monitored for safety and sustained response.
