Summary
This early-stage study tests an inhaled drug called AGMB-447 in healthy volunteers and people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a lung-scarring disease. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. About 145 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo through a nebulizer.
