Summary

This study tests whether an aging simulation experience can improve care workers' knowledge, attitudes, empathy, and communication skills toward elderly residents. About 162 care workers from long-term care homes in Eastern Taiwan will take part. The goal is to see if this hands-on training makes them more understanding and effective in their jobs.
