Summary

This study tests a drug called AG-120 in 6 adults with a rare bone cancer (chondrosarcoma) that has a specific genetic change (IDH1 mutation). The goal is to see if the drug can stop or slow the cancer from growing. Participants have advanced or recurrent disease that cannot be removed by surgery.
