First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at how a new, larger-volume eye injection (aflibercept 8mg/0.07mL) affects eye pressure right after the shot and over one year. It includes 100 adults with macular diseases who need this treatment. The goal is to see if the bigger volume causes higher pressure spikes or long-term damage to the optic nerve.
