This study tested whether playing positive affirmations and music during a cesarean section can lower a mother's anxiety and improve breastfeeding. 99 pregnant women scheduled for a planned C-section took part. Researchers measured anxiety levels and checked breastfeeding-related hormones like oxytocin and prolactin after birth.
