Summary

This study tested whether listening to a 10-minute affirmation podcast daily for 21 days could reduce fear of childbirth and repetitive negative thoughts in pregnant women. 120 women in Istanbul took part, with half listening to the podcast and half receiving no intervention. The goal was to see if this simple, at-home tool could improve emotional well-being during pregnancy.
