Summary
This study compares two types of exercise for people with knee osteoarthritis: aerobic cycling and therapeutic exercises (like strength and balance training). The goal is to see which one better reduces knee pain during and after exercise. 90 adults aged 45-75 with knee osteoarthritis will participate in a 10-week program, with pain measured at key points.
