Summary
This study will compare two types of aerobic exercise—steady continuous training versus interval training—to see which better improves heart efficiency in people with stable ischemic heart disease. Forty-eight participants in a cardiac rehab program will exercise twice a week for 8 weeks. The main goal is to measure how well the heart handles increasing workload, with follow-up after 4 weeks to check if benefits last.
