Summary
This study looks at whether a 25-week supervised aerobic exercise program (like walking) can improve quality of life, hormone levels, and menstrual regularity in women aged 18–35 with insulin-resistant PCOS. Sixty participants will be split into two groups: one doing the exercise program plus standard care, and the other receiving standard care alone. The goal is to see if exercise can ease PCOS symptoms and boost well-being.
