NCT ID NCT07622251
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week aerobic exercise program can improve thinking skills and reduce disease activity in people with lupus. Researchers will test memory, attention, and walking ability before and after the program. The goal is to see if exercise can ease lupus-related brain fog and help patients feel better overall.
