Summary
This study looked at whether aerobic exercise can improve quality of life and levels of key minerals (zinc, copper, iron) in post-menopausal women who had radiotherapy for breast cancer. 28 women who completed radiation treatment took part. The goal was to see if exercise could help them feel better and restore healthy mineral levels.
