Summary
This early-phase study tested an experimental drug called ADX-2191 in 8 adults with retinitis pigmentosa caused by a specific gene mutation (rhodopsin). Participants received multiple injections into the worse-seeing eye to evaluate safety and any changes in vision. The goal was to see if the treatment could slow or improve vision loss in this rare eye disease.
