Summary

This study looks at people who had a heart attack and also experienced a dangerous heart rhythm (ventricular arrhythmia) while still in the hospital. Researchers want to learn more about what happens to these patients after they leave the hospital, including their risk of death. The goal is to gather better information to improve future care. No new treatments are being tested.
