New hope for stomach cancer patients who failed first treatment

Summary
This study tests a new drug combination for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has not responded to initial treatment. About 60 participants will receive either a two-drug or three-drug combination to see if adding a third drug improves outcomes. The goal is to find a more effective second-line treatment option.
