Summary
This study involved 45 adults who received a kidney transplant. Researchers wanted to learn more about how the drug Advagraf (a type of tacrolimus) works in the body right after transplant and a few months later. The goal was to find better ways to give the right dose of this medicine to prevent organ rejection.
