Summary
This study is for adults with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), a rare condition where the immune system becomes overactive and damages the body. Researchers want to learn more about how the disease behaves in adults and how patients respond to standard treatments like steroids and chemotherapy. About 81 participants will be followed over time to track survival and disease progression.
