Summary
This study looks at the best way to manage patients after surgery to remove one adrenal gland. Some people develop adrenal insufficiency, where the body can't make enough stress hormones, which can be dangerous. The study will compare two common approaches to see which one better prevents this condition. About 96 adults having adrenalectomy at King's College Hospital will take part.
